This drawing is limited to year-term residential household pest control customers who have received at least one (1) service for charge and applies only to one (1) single-family dwelling already on service with us. Drawings will be held in Turlock, California on the first Monday of April and October of each calendar year. Winning customers, as described above, may receive one (1) year of extended service FREE commencing the month service is due, at the same frequency, but after minimum required services have been completed with the existing Service Agreement and after winning the customer’s accounts receivable balance with B.J.’s Consumer’s Choice Pest Control is paid in full. After the year of free service, services will resume at our regular service price until altered in writing. The winner of this drawing, by accepting a free year of pest control service agrees to allow this firm to openly advertise their name and picture as a winner without further notice or compensation. If the name is drawn does not qualify, cannot be reached within 30 days, or rejects extended free service as herein offered, this person will be awarded a cash value of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) IN LIEU OF FREE EXTENDED SERVICE AND ANOTHER NAME WILL BE DRAWN.
